**League Structure & Refund Policy**

Division Structure & Competitive Balance

Penn Prime Flag Football reserves the right to modify, alter, or restructure the season format, game schedules, and division alignments at its sole discretion. To ensure a balanced, safe, and highly competitive environment for all players, league management reserves the right to combine age groups or divisions as deemed necessary based on final registration numbers and competitive parity. All roster placements, coaching assignments, and division structures are final and non-disputable.

**Strict No-Refund Policy**

All registration fees are final. **No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after the official close of registration.** By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following financial terms:

 * **League Credits:** If a player is unable to participate after registration has closed due to unforeseen circumstances, a league credit may be issued at the sole discretion of league management.

 * **Credit Usage:** Approved credits may only be applied toward future Penn Prime Flag Football seasons or official tournament registration fees.

 * **Restrictions:** Credits hold no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash to the original payment method, and are non-transferable between different families or accounts.

 * **League Adjustments:** Changes to division structures, team assignments, or schedule modifications do not qualify for a refund.

By completing the registration and payment process, the parent or guardian acknowledges and accepts these terms in full.
